I coach ADHD families who are struggling to navigate family life with ease and equity of labor and mental load. We will get you unstuck and living a life that works for every family member. Each family member has a role and they’re going to learn what it is and how to play it…yes, even for the ones with ADHD.

I’ve connected my experience as a teacher, adult educator, Fair Play Facilitator, mother, wife and ADHDer to bring real change to the sticky spots in your family.

Our son was diagnosed with dyslexia and ADHD coming out of Kindergarten. Add to this a pandemic and he was so far behind in reading and phonics that we weren’t sure what to do. We were as lost as he was. Martha however, was not. She provided sessions that coupled energy and excitement with tailored and precise lessons. We reached out to Martha a little over a year ago when we first learned of our son’s dyslexia and ADHD diagnosis.
