Martha is a working mom with ADHD. Martha has a masters degree in special education with a focus on learning disabilities and taught and supported children with ADHD for 20 years in schools. Martha navigated the IEP process for her own daughter. She gets it. She truly understands the impact that ADHD may have on the entire family. Grounded Learning was created to decrease this stress and overwhelm often shouldered by mothers. While each family’s path will be different, Martha can support you in the following ways:

  • Identifying how ADHD is impacting your child most at school and at home.
  • Decreasing your overwhelm by finding efficiencies and deprioritizing what can wait.
  • Increasing your child’s independence.
  • Fostering collaboration among all key stakeholders in your child’s life.
  • Fostering equitable division of responsibility within your family using the Fair Play Method.
  • Understanding if your child is eligibility for an IEP or 504 plan.
